Registration and licencing of motor vehicle (RLV)
Used to register and licence a vehicle with the traffic department for the first time.
Application for motor vehicle licence (ALV)

Change of ownership / sale of motor vehicle (NCO)
Required whenever a vehicle is sold or ownership is transferred to a new owner.
