REGISTRATION 24 (PTY) Ltd, trading as Reg24, is a private South African company (registration number 2010/019933/07) based in Garsfontein, Pretoria. Since 2010 we've processed vehicle licence renewals, registrations, change of ownership applications, and number plate orders on behalf of clients across all nine provinces — over 177,000 transactions for more than 50,000 vehicle owners.
We built Reg24 because renewing a vehicle licence in person shouldn't mean losing half a day to a queue. Clients grant us authority to act on their behalf, and we submit and manage their documentation through NaTIS and the relevant traffic department — correctly, and without the wait.
We are not a government agency
Reg24 is an independently owned and operated private business. We are not NaTIS, the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC), the Department of Transport, or the South African Post Office, and we hold no official government authority of our own.
What we do is act as your agent: with your consent, we complete and submit the correct paperwork to the official bodies on your behalf, the same way a licensed agent or dealership would. Every official fee we collect is passed through to the relevant authority — we simply charge a separate, transparent service fee for the work of managing the process for you.

We are not NaTIS, the RTMC, the Department of Transport, or any government department, and we are not officially affiliated with them. We act on your behalf, with your authority, to submit your documentation to the relevant traffic department or NaTIS — the same as a licensed agent would.
